Note: All rentals require a refundable liability deposit of $200.00. This cost does not go toward the rental fee, and will be refunded within 2 To 4 weeks after the date of your event. All rentals must be secured with deposit 30 days before the date of the rental. If you'd like to move forward with a rental, you can access the application Rental application. To access the Schroeder Park floor plan, which needs to be attached to your application, click Schroeder Park Gym Layout (1).pdf(for the gym floor plan) or Schroeder Park Boardroom Layout (1).pdf(for the Multipurpose Room floor plan). Note: For the floor plans, draw circles for circular tables and rectangles for rectangular tables. Circular tables fit up to 8 people and rectangular tables fit up to 10 people.
